Ahhhh, it’s so nice to have lunch at home! (In case you haven’t already figured it out, I’m a teacher, so my schedule doesn’t really allow me the flexibility to leave on my 25 minute lunch break everyday). So as you can imagine, being able to actually sit down, breathe, and actually taste my food without having to scarf it down is a treat in itself!
Carrots, cukes, & red peppers with roasted veggie hummus. Along with yogurt with some pears hiding out on the bottom and a lil’ granola. (I strategically hid the pears because I cut them up yesterday and they were totally brown and nasty looking! Luckily, they still tasted nice and sweet!) I’m doing more of a mini meal now before I go to the dentist. Then I’ll have something else before I head to BodyPump this afternoon! I’m thinking maybe a Larabar or something with carbs + pb (it never let’s me down!)
