Happy Monday everyone! I don’t know about you, but I actually have a little “case of the Mondays” today. Thanks to those lovely things called allergies, I kept waking up in the middle of the night with my runny nose…but then I feel bad about blowing it and waking hubby up, so it’s either get up, or deal with it. Ughhh! So let’s just say it’s a good thing that the sun is shining and it’s going to be a beautiful day! 8)
I started my morning with an early workout, but kept things on the lighter side because of the allergies (you know it’s bad when you need to have the tissue box next to the treadmill…) I did a 35 interval walking routine that I pretty much made up while I was on there, so I’ll try to have that up for you guys later. It still had me work up quite a sweat, and incorporated different speeds and inclines.
On the menu for breakfast this morning…yummy oats!
Today, we have:
-1/3 cup oats
-1/3 cup Silk Pure Vanilla Almond Milk
-1/3 cup water
-1/2 sliced banana
-Cinnamon & Nutmeg
-1/2 crumbled Apple Cinnamon Raisin Bran muffin
-Kashi Go Lean
-scoop Maple Peanut Butter
Today’s bowl was DELISH!
Today’s lunch is the “Monday Usual” so you won’t see any surprises! Although, this week I do have a new favorite back in the mix.
Carrots, Cukes, & Green Peppers
Strawberries & Blueberries…YUMM!
To pair along with a yummy plain Chobani & some granola
You can call me the “Queen of Tupperware”
I’m also adding in a Pecan Pie Larabar today…haven’t tried this one yet!
