Can I tell you guys just how PSYCHED I am that it’s Friday?!? I’m just full of smiles!
I started my morning bright and early with the birds chirpin’ and the sun shinin’…perfect way to start a day, if you ask me! I only had about 30 minutes for a workout this morning, but I wanted to make the most of it. So I set myself a “mini” goal, to complete 3 miles within that 30 minutes. Well, I DID IT…with 2 minutes to spare! I was really haulin’ it towards the end, but I was super happy with the accomplishment at the end. I was all over the place today with my intervals, and they were anywhere between 6.0-7.5mph. I was definitely a sweaty mess by the time I was finished!
After getting showering and getting ready, I was STARVING! I already knew I wanted to use my cute new oatmeal bowl that I bought yesterday, sooooo, oatmeal it was!

In today’s zebra bowl, we had:
-1/3 cup oats
-1/3 cup Silk Pure Vanilla Almond Milk
-1/3 cup water
-1/2 sliced banana
-Cinnamon & Nutmeg
All topped off with a scoop of delicious Maple Peanut Butter & some granola. YUMM!
In honor of Coffee Friday, I also treated myself to a delicious iced coffee on my way to work.
Oh, and you know I didn’t forget my coozie!
