Stop to Smell the Flowers

We have made it folks, Happy Friday to you all! 😀

It’s been a long, busy, and hot week, so I’m so glad to finally have a nice long weekend ahead of me.  I started my morning by celebrating Friday with a nice, sweaty run!  After taking the past 2 days off, I was surprised at how much I was really craving a good sweaty workout.  I needed the days off, which was fine, but today I got the heart pumpin’! 😉

I covered 4 miles on the treadmill, doing a 45 minute running workout which I thought I had already posted about on here before, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere?!  SO, I will get those stats to you later today – it’s a good one!  Lots of intervals & inclines.

After showering and getting ready, breakfast was served!

I made myself another B + PB + B, using the same PB’s that I had on Wednesday. :)  It was scrumptious – I really missed having my PB yesterday!

I’m saving the other 1/2 of my banana for a mid-morning snack.

Since I used my “Stop To Smell The Flowers” plate this morning, I decided it would be a good idea to listen to what it was telling me to do…I really should take more time everyday for the simple little pleasures like this in life.  We’re always on the “go-go-go” – but missing out on so much!  Sooo, here’s some pretty flowers for your Friday morning!  You can “Stop and Stare at the Pretty Flowers” 😀

It’s Coffee Friday, so I’ve got my coozie, and I’m headed out the door!
