Happy FRIDAY everyone! Hope you’re all feeling fabulous today.
I, on the other hand, am feeling Fantastically Festive!
Last week, I was contacted by Alexander from me & goji, asking if I would be interested in designing my own custom cereal mix.
OH MY GOSH, YES!
Me & goji is the first custom cereal & granola company where you can design your own cereal from 60+ all-natural ingredients, and even name your creation. The cereal then arrives in a Cereal Capsule, designed for portability and keeping your mix fresh.
When I first started browsing through the website, I was completely overwhelmed with all the choices that were available! And if you know me at all, you know that decision-making is not my strong suit.
There is an abundance of super foods, organic ingredients, and purely decadent ones, too. So finally, after what seemed like almost an hour (!!!) I had my custom cereal mix:
And it was even handmade by Adam’s Mom.
Of course, I had to dig right in…immediately.
Check out those cocoa almonds! How’s THAT for a nice little treat in your cereal mix?? I wonder if they’ll make my milk all chocolaty like my Cocoa Krispies used to when I was little?!?
I’m really looking forward to incorporating it into my yogurt bowl that I have planned for lunch today…
(Plain Chobani + a spoonful of raspberry Polaner All-Fruit + blueberries)
Mmmm, Mmmm, MMMMMM!
Now I’m off to work…but hey, it’s Friday, it’s Pay Day, AND it’s a very SPECIAL DAY for a very special guy in my life……
Questions for the Day:
What’s your favorite cereal?
What would you put in your own custom cereal blend??

hi! good morning! wow chrismas tree!.. but i m unhappy chrismas.. i m lonely …
Holy yum! That’s awesome. Hmm, my custom cereal blend, this is tough because I love everything… lately I’m mixing Kashi Heart to Heart w/ chopped dates and dried cherries, and then adding PP spice.
My favorite cereals are any kind of granola and Kashi’s 7 Whole Grain Puff Cereal – it’s the perfect canvas for mix-ins, like fresh fruit!
Lucky duck! I wanna make my own cereal!
I would definitely have chunks of granola or oat clusters of some sort. I’d also add dried blueberries and cranberries and maybe have a hint of maple somehow
Kashi Honey Sunshine always put a smile on my face. Fond memories of Cinnamon Toast Crunch (though I avoid it now).
Love your blog by the way, nice to see that someone else went through the same struggles in their past!
My favorite cereal?? I could never pick just one. Would you settle for my top 5??
Honey Nut Cherrios
Cracklin Oatbran
Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Golden Grahams
Raisin Bran
I used to devour Cinnamon Toast Crunch like it was goin’ out of style!
