Could today get any better???
As if I wasn’t already excited enough about having another Snow Day today after having yesterday off…
I go ahead and make the first bowl of stovetop oats that I’ve had in months…
But these weren’t just any stovetop oats…we’re talkin’ PB & J Oats!
In the oats base:
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 3 tbsp raisins
For my PB&J topping, I broke out the ‘ol PB2 jar today and mixed up a nice, big 2 tablespoons worth of the stuff. It’s been a while since I last had my PB2…how could I forget about it??
Then went on a little Polaner Raspberry All-Fruit, followed by a little crunch. Yes, that’s half of an Oatmeal Raisin Chocolate Chunk cookie. It almost seemed wrong…yet it seemed sooo right. 
So talk about a good morning, right??
