Boy, do I have a treat for you guys today!! Open-mouthed smile

I’m suuuuuper excited about it, and you may have already figured it out judging from the title of this post, so let’s just wiz through the rest of today, shall we?

Workout

Bright and early, I was down on my treadmill this morning for a quick 3-mile run. Nothing crazy, just some intervals that went a little something like this:

0-5:00 mins	4.0mph
5:00-7:00	6.0mph
7:00-8:00	7.0mph
8:00-10:00	6.0mph
10:00-11:00	8.0mph
11:00-13:00	6.0mph
13:00-14:00	7.0mph
14:00-16:00	6.0mph

It was a good one, I’d recommend it!

Breakfast

Cereal was on the brain today, so I packed everything up in my favorite Fit & Fresh Breakfast Chiller.

This thing is honestly one of the easiest things that I own to transport food. I love it!

Cereal combo = Quaker Oatmeal Squares, Kashi Go Lean Crisp, Multigrain Cheerios & chia seeds

Along with some vanilla almond milk and a sliced banana, which browned rather quickly in my 15 minute drive to work.

But no worries, it still tasted just as delish. Smile

Lunch

Today’s mid-day meal included some of last night’s fabulous Italian-Style Spinach & Tomato Quinoa. I’m seriously LOVING this stuff!!

Along with a not-quite-as-ripe-as-I-like peach.

Still yummm Smile

Around 3:00, the tummy started to grumble, so I broke into a Blueberry Muffin Larabar.

YES! Blueberry Muffin! Oh my gosh, I can’t even begin to tell you how good this flavor is. I’m tempted to say it rivals my favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Larabar; it’s that good!

I’d actually been scoping out my local grocery stores for weeks, trying to find the blueberry muffin flavor, but thankfully, luck came to me and I didn’t have to worry about it…

The nice folks at Larabar sent me this awesome package of goodies! Inside were a t-shirt, a fun little bag (which the bars came in),

and of course, the bars!

I was obviously thrilled to see the Blueberry Muffin bars in the group and immediately dug into one the day they arrived.

Mmmm Mmmm Mmmmm.

My favorite Larabar would of course have to be the chocolate chip cookie dough! I love how much it tastes like the real thing–almost very dessert like! I pair mine either alone with some milk as a dessert, or put it over some Chobani for breakfast or just the best snack in the world with a banana. You really cannot mess up something as great as cookie dough–just add some great vitamins, minerals and other nutritious ingredients and how can you lose?!

oh how I love larabars! I can’t remember where I found the blueberry muffin flavor but it quickly became my favorite. Sadly there aren’t too many places to find these so I’ve dreamed about this one ever since! I’d be beyond pumped to win this!!!

I am soooo in love with the peanut butter and jelly flavor. I have one in my purse at all times! Really is the best bar ever! I have searched and searched for the blueberry and I still have not found one. I have two of the cookie dough flavor at my boyfriends home, for this weekend! Cant wait to try it.

I really want to try chocolate chip cookie dough!!! And I love that Fresh and Fit breakfast chiller, definitely something I need to get!! I always want to eat cereal on the go, but can’t because I don’t have anywhere to put it and I don’t want to carry 2 mugs. I love things that make your life so much simpler!

We don’t have a lot of variety in my local grocery store but I do like Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. I also like the Chocolate Chip Brownie.
