A $50.00 iHerb.com Shopping Spree

by Courtney on March 15, 2011

A few weeks ago, I was given an opportunity to do a little “online shopping” which landed me with all of these goodies you see here…

IMG_1092

For free. Yes, for FREE!

I was contacted by a very sweet girl named Abby from a company known as iHerb.com. If you haven’t heard of iHerb before, they’re an online company that is a reseller carrying close to 20,000 natural products. They offer everything from vitamins and herbal supplements (vegan, vegetarian, raw and gluten free), cosmetics and personal care items (organic and/or cruelty-free), eco-friendly products, and over 1000 natural and specialty grocery items.

I kid you not when I say this website has everything, so when I was told that I was being given a $50 Shopping Spree, I may have squealed…just a little. Winking smile

I spent a good hour (at least!) browsing everything the site has to offer, and finally decided to stick just with the food items. Here’s a breakdown of everything I got:

IMG_1093

  • Bob’s Red Mill Organic Creamy Buckwheat, Whole Grain Hot Cereal
  • Bob’s Red Mill Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal, Gluten Free
  • Bob’s Red Mill Whole Grain Spelt Berries
  • Arrowhead Mills, Whole Grain Organic Quinoa (x2)

IMG_1094

  • Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread Mix
  • Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
  • Bob’s Red Mill Chia Seeds

IMG_1096

  • Lundberg Rice Chips
  • Nurture Inc. Organic Puffs (yes, they’re finger foods for babies!)
  • Healthy Origins White Chia Seeds
  • Bob’s Red Mill Active Dry Yeast (not pictured)

All of this cost only $50.00…can you believe that?? AND, they even threw in a couple freebies! Smile

IMG_1095

You may remember that I’ve already tried out the yeast, the chia seeds, and the quinoa…all of which have been amazing! I can’t wait to get my hands on the rest of the goods!

I also feel inclined to say that not only are all of the products great, but I really was totally impressed while working with iHerb.com. The website was extremely easy to order from, my shipment came very quickly, and I still can’t believe just how much product I got for $50.00. Incredible!

******************

So now that I’ve finished bragging about all of my goods…how about the good news??

***One lucky reader is also getting a chance to win a $50.00 Shopping Spree!!!***
