More Cowbell

Hey there everyone, sorry for such a late post this evening. Truth be told, I’ve had a little bit of a rough day, so I’m just going to give you guys a quick little run down. Hope ya don’t mind!


Things started off great this morning, with an excellent mix of cardio + yoga. I ran 2 miles on the treadmill at a steady 7.0mph pace, followed by another great session with Jillian & her Yoga Meltdown.

I was definitely ravenous by the time I had finished showering and getting ready, so I quickly put something together:


I lightly toasted a whole wheat English muffin, and topped it off with some PB, banana slices, a drizzle of honey, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a heavy dose of CHIA. Winking smile

Plus, a little extra ‘naner + PB on the side.



I didn’t document much of lunch today, except for the beginnings of my soon-to-be yogurt mess…


A plain Chobani mixed with strawberries & banana, plus MORE CHIA (<—this totally made me think of “More Cowbell”…anyone else??) Smile with tongue out


We had planned on making some soup & homemade bread tonight for dinner, but our plans changed, so I just went ahead and reheated the rest of Friday night’s Pasta Fagioli. It was just as tasty as the first night. Smile


So now, it’s time for me to call it a day and start fresh tomorrow. I’m sorry about the lack of excitement in tonight’s post, guys. Hopefully, I’ll be back to my full self ASAP!

    Also, what kind of english muffins do you buy?
