Happy HAPPY Friday!! I’ve got my Friday started off with a great workout and a delicious breakfast. Now if only Cody and I were on speaking terms…
Now he’s gone as far as hiding under the bed on me…little stinker.
Maybe I’ll have to pick up some treats later today to bribe him out from underneath there. Or maybe I’ll just lure him out with another water jug top.
This morning, I was really in the mood for some abs, so I brought back the Jillian Michael’s 6 Week Six-Pack Abs video from Exercise on Demand. It felt great! I followed it up with some walking intervals on the treadmill which looked a little somethin’ like this:
|0-2 mins||4.0 @ 1% incline, Warm-Up|
|2-5 mins||4.0mph @ 10% incline|
|5-7 mins||4.0mph @ 2% incline|
|7-30 mins||Alternate walking for 3 mins @ 10% and 2 mins @ 2%|
|30-33 mins||4.0mph @ 1% incline, Cool Down|
This routine had me covering just a little over 2 miles, and despite having no running involved, it definitely had me workin’ up a sweat!
It’s been a few days, so it was more than time to break out the PB + banana combo. Half a ‘naner with some PB on the side…
To go along with my toasted whole wheat english muffin, topped with some pumpkin, PB, banana slices, and cinnamon. Always a favorite. Always.

It’s Fashion Friday!!
Yesterday, I actually spent some time looking through some of my older fashion posts, and decided it would be a good time to bring a few back…ya know, for “old times sake.”
