Last night was such a great night!
The evening started out with nice glass of vino out on the patio while the boys (and Randi!) played a little b-ball.
Before I knew it, the sounds of the blender were whirling away in the kitchen and I was being handed a delicious strawberry margarita…made with fresh strawberries, no less.
Hey, when in Rome… ![]()
For dinner, we all decided to stay in and order exactly what I had been craving all.day.long…
YUMMM!
I snagged a slice of sausage, peppers, and onions, a slice of margherita, and a BBQ chicken wing which was actually pretty gross and I gave it to Jay. The pizza, on the other hand, was fantastic. Seeing as though just about everything I had eaten up to this point in the day was loaded with sugar, I was more than ready to dive head first into some salt and savory.
After dinner, we all decided it would be a good night to take a little walk on the beach. Luckily, we were early enough where we were going to beat the crab rush; trust me, I did not want to be there to see that again!
Somebody, however, missed the memo and was a little late to the show…
Yes, that would be my husband. ![]()
It was such a perfect evening for a walk out on the beach. There were a few other people around here or there, but mostly it was just us taking free range of the sand and water.
Some shenanigans sure took place, and the dogs had a great time running around too.
Some of the girls: Me, Randi, Cass, Erika, and of course, Bronx.
Some of the guys: Jay, Josh, Justin, and Joba. (Anyone else seeing a “J” pattern here?)
Our whole group!
I’m going to be so bummed to have to leave tonight…
Good thing we’ve still got one more full beach day ahead of us! ![]()

Walking along the beach is one of the best parts! I love it when it’s really peaceful and empty, and you can just relax and feel the water on your toes
And I totally approve of the pizza!

Wine, Margaritas and Pizza… sounds like the perfect beach dinner to me!!
Wow, my strawberry smoothie totally doesn’t compare to a margarita haha
Looks like so much fun! So sad you have to leave today.
I’m not a chicken wing fan in general. I always feel like they’re not worth the fuss. If I’m going to get bbq sauce all over myself, at least the food must taste good!
