It appears as if SOMEbody must have used up all of their energy this morning…
This was the site I came home to after finishing up a shift at the gym this morning. I had quite a few chuckles to myself because he just looked so darn cute, funny and comfy, all at the same time.
Are all of my non-cat-loving friends out there sick of seeing him yet today? 
While I was at work this morning, I had a little bit of time to spare so I hopped on an elliptical for an easy 30 minutes while watching Top Gun in the cardio cinema. Good, classic movie…I have no problem working out with a little pre-crazy Tom Cruise in my sights.
Once I got home, I put together one of my favorite mid-morning snacks as of late.
Pairing a banana SOYJOY bar with a little bit of peanut butter is where it’s at.
I haven’t tried the peanut butter with any other flavors besides banana, but I think the strawberry would go pretty fantastic with some Nutella. Just sayin’.

A couple hours later, after working on some client programs, I took a break to make some lunch.
A buffalo chicken wrap made with avocado, lettuce, tomato, and mustard, all on a LaTortilla Factory whole wheat wrap. On the side, I also threw together a random mix of leftover corn and sugar snap peas that I found in the fridge.
Definitely a delicious meal.
Now it’s about time to get back to work…is the day flying by for anyone else? Yikes!

Yumm banana and PB is such a perfect combo…well, actually anything with PB is pretty darn close to perfect! Also, I have never been a huge cat person but after reading your blog regularly I have been seriously thinking about getting a kitten when I move into my apartment for senior year! My roommate is totally down and I feel like it is the perfect pet for our living situation

That wrap looks delish! I haven’t quite found my “wrapping groove” yet. Often when I try to make my own wraps at home I just don’t like them! I never know quite what I do wrong.

Never thought of dipping a bar in peanut butter! I love bars crumbled and sprinkled over some Greek yogurt though.

I think Cody is the most adorable cat ever…unfortunately I am very allergic to cats. I love looking at the pics you post of him. He does get himself into some very “funny” positions.
I noticed you have Jif Peanut Butter, usually you have Skippy, do you like both brands or was there a “couldn’t pass up sale on Jif”?
Haha, you’re so right! I almost always buy Skippy but my store hasn’t been carrying it for the past few weeks! Jay and I actually decided that I think we’ve been converted…we’re both totally loving the Jif!

I’m definitely a cat person, since I have one myself, but I do love dogs as well! Banana and PB is a great combo, I love coconut and banana together. Its my new fave thing. I now have a craving for avocado and turkey

My cat sleeps just like that. He’s fallen asleep in chairs before, tried to roll over like than and rolled right off the chair! He’s quite the character.
