When we first moved into our house (almost 4 months ago now!), one of the projects I had at the top of my list was to organize our pantry to make it look all nice and organized. You know, just like all the fancy ones you see on Pinterest?
Well, as you can see, I’ve come really far with that project…
Yeesh.
Unfortunately, it’s one of those projects that would be “nice” to have completed but, really, there are other things that have been higher on the priority list. Not to mention, our list of projects really hasn’t had much of a dent in it lately, thanks to a pregnancy and dealing with everything regarding Jay’s dad.
But I know we’ll get there eventually! I mean, I did start off with good intentions…I even made some fun, pretty labels for some of our snacks.
As you can see, I got real far with that one.
I’ve always loved seeing what kinds of foods are in other peoples’ pantries and kitchens. Even when I was younger and used to babysit, I’d be so intrigued to see what kinds of snacks they had and whether or not there was anything new I’d never seen before. But to be blunt, I’m also just downright nosey and like seeing what other people eat…especially outside of well planned out blog posts and photographs of pretty and perfect meals loaded with all.the.veggies.
Over here, we’re far from perfection and we also like our snacks. And just recently, we got to try out some new, delicious snacks from Nuts.com
I was no stranger to Nuts.com. In fact, earlier this year, I purchased a big ol’ bag of sprinkles from them because I’m 5 years old at heart. The family has been re-stocking pantries since 1929(!) with all sorts of high quality nuts, dried fruit, snacks, flours, grains, sweets, gifts, and more. Seriously, they do have SO much good stuff, and it’s way more than just nuts!
I mean, of course, they have lots of nuts. And sometimes they even come packaged in fun, delicious trail mix bags like this one here.
I mean, talk about a little bowl of heaven, right? Almonds, dried fruit, and chocolate? Heck YES.
And sometimes, their nuts even come covered in dark chocolate and turbinado sea salt.
I mean, hellooo! But they’re still nuts + dark chocolate, so they’re totally healthy, right?
Okay, maybe they aren’t the MOST nutritious choice, but Nuts.com DOES have a line of “Healthy Snacks” choices. And you can tell immediately upon checking out the page that they’re super passionate about providing nutritious and delicious snacks.
Their Registered Dietitian and Health ‘Nut’ highlighted some of Nuts.com’s healthiest picks, with each snack having:
- About 160 calories (or less)
- Provides fiber or protein, to help fill you up
- Less than 2 grams of saturated fat
Not too shabby! One of my favorites lately has been this dried berry mix. I’ve been loving it on yogurt or just straight out of the bag…although I need to make a batch of Creamy Crockpot Steel Cut Oatmeal, and I’m sure they’d be amazing on that, too.
But in addition to the snacks, they’ve got a TON of baking and cooking ingredients, which I’ve stocked up on for my upcoming Christmas cookie baking.
Everything from beans to seeds, herbs, and spices.
Along with plenty of flours, too. Including Certified Gluten-Free and Certified Organic options, too!
And hey, they even have cinnamon chips…perfect for making a batch of my Cinnamon Chip Studded Snickerdoodle Bread.
Which I promptly did shortly after getting my delivery of cinnamon chips.
And finally, since we’ve made it to the season of gift giving, they also have tons of gift options. And I mean, really, with their cute, fun packaging, who wouldn’t love something like this?
Especially if it’s filled with a whole tin full of chocolate covered nuts.
Lucky for you, Nuts.com is so sure that you’ll fall in love with their goodies as soon as you try them, they’re offering first-time customers a choice of four free samples with an order over $25.
They even have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee…they like to take care of their customers like they take care of family. Gotta love that!
Want to get your four free samples?? Just head over to Nuts.com place an order over $25, and that’s it! You can choose your four picks at checkout.*
*For first time Nuts.com customers only.

So tell me…what does YOUR pantry look like? Are you nice and organized, or a little scattered like me?
And how about Nuts.com? What kinds of snacks/samples will you be trying??

Being in an apartment, I don’t actually have a real pantry but my cabinets are a bit bare right now, except for some products I’ve received from companies and am slowly working my way through because I love them and don’t want them to disappear! HA! ;)

In my mind I’m a super organized person where everything is in it’s place and is basically ready to be put on display at any given time. In reality… Things are not that way. I mean, I know where everything is… but my drawers and cabinets look less-than-ideal.
I’ve been interested in nuts.com for a while now. Didn’t know that they sold flours!

My pantry is a mess – I think all the time about how I want to organize it. I have pinned so many on pinterest that I want it to look like and yet it is still a hot mess.

Every 6 months, my mom and I sort through the pantry. It’s actually a blast! We put on Broadway music and spend an hour sorting through all of the food, checking to see if anything has expired and moving things around so it’s orderly. I kind of love it. :)

Love your pantry – I try to keep mine organized but stock up so much that things seem to be overflowing. I really need to spend a day just going thru it = but as you said, other things always take priority!
I love Nuts.com too – I always order when they offer free shipping :)
