I love your healthy recipe ideas…especially for baking! So have you ever experimented with coconut sugar?? I just discovered it as it’s good for diabetics b/c of its low glycemic index. I was wondering if it changes the consistency. I also discovered almond meal at TJ’s. They recommend using it as a breading or sub 1/2 flour in choc chip or raisin oat cookies. I’m excited to try that!

I absolutely love your blog. I read it everyday! Just wondering, have you ever tried Jamie Eason’s LiveFit program? If so, did you have any success with it?

Hey Susan! I’ve actually never tried Jamie Eason’s program, but I’ve seen many other bloggers try it and have success with it.
Thanks for reading! :)

Hi Courtney. Couldn’t get passed the captcha above? Nothing I did seemed to work? Anyhow, just wanted to say hello to a local blogger. (I’m in Troy) I would love to promote your blog on carlaban.org, a blog directory I started. Also have a blogazine to go along with it. (First issue coming out this week!) Hope to see your blog listed–it’s free for one year :o)

Hey Courtney! I couldn’t get past the captcha thing either. I just wanted to contact you to see if you had any recs on a restaurant in Albany where I could have my rehearsal dinner. I’d include more deets, but didn’t want them to show up on a public post :)

was wondering if you had any advice on a baby registry. My husband and I are expecting a baby boy in November! We are so excited for our first baby. Are there any items that are must haves? Any items you could do without? I totally understand if you do not have time to respond. I just thought I would ask since you are a new mom of a new baby boy! Congrats again!

Congrats, Katie! To be honest, the biggest help for me was stalking other peoples’ registries! (mine are at Babies R Us, Target, and Amazon, in case you want to peek!). I would also highly recommend the book Baby Bargains. That helped us narrow down quite a few of our big ticket items. Best of luck!!

I look forward to hearing from you! Feel free to check out our website at http://www.tfapparel.com. We’re launching a new collection of women’s fitness apparel in the next few weeks, just in time for the holidays!

Hi Courtney!

My name is Tyler and I am an avid reader of your blog. I only started reading about a year ago, but I look at some of you older posts and found that you were a teacher.
I teach 7th grade language arts in Utah. I’ve been teaching for 3 years (on year 4), and I am starting to burn out. I really want to explore other career options, but I just don’t know where to start. How and where did you look for a job when you rejoined the workforce? Anything helps!

I love your blog!

Hey Tyler!
I just started looking around in my local newspapers and also utilized friends and family to see what was around. Honestly, I got very lucky to be where I am now! I’d say just ask around…you’ll find you discover more sometimes that way, rather than just searching the paper or internet.

Best of luck!

Hi Courtney! First, thank you for your blog. It has been such a staple in my blog reading and it is one of my favorites. It is bloggers like yourself that motivated me to start my own blog. I am about a month in and now have SO many questions. I was hoping you could see my most recent post and respond to the questions/help me out in any way possible with suggestions and advice. http://www.healthyregardshayley.com/best-blog-weekend-i-need-your-help/

Healthy Regards,

Hi Courtney! I have been reading your blog for a little owe a year now and am so thankful for your healthy encouragement each day! Getting a lite personal, but your story is really inspiring. I was wondering what resources you might have found helpful while you were experiencing difficulty with Amenorrea and becoming pregnant. I am working on transforming my “healthy” eating to being less restrictive in order to allow my body to conceive eventually. I have been struggling with Amenorrea for two years now and would love to know I any blogs/literature were helpful to you in your journey.

Thank you!!

I am wondering if you ever did a post on your favorite baby gear? I know the essentials like crib, stroller, car seat, but I’m wondering what else you really liked in those first few months?

Hi Courtney,

Love your website and read it practically every other day. I was reading your article ‘6 Awesome things….’ and was wondering if you have heard of the ‘Sleeve only’ like if you have a sleeveless top and would love if it had sleeves, you get ‘sleeves only’ or some may call it ‘Sleeve shrug’ – was wondering if you know where one can get these. I live in Toronto, Canada and have seen these around but have seen someone wearing them and they don’t know where you can get them.
If you know or find out, can you email me. Thanks a ton.
