Wow, I think I may add St. Lucia to my ‘honeymoon’ list. What a trip! Gorgeous place. Gorgeous couple.
Alright, so I want a cake like Jessica’s at How Sweet, and I want a honeymoon like yours. Wait, I need to find someone to marry?
What a wonderful time — the joy and newlywed bliss is written all of your faces! Thanks for sharing
Beautiful pictures and your outfits were gorgeous. I have already added St. Lucia as possible honeymoon locations. For now, wedding planning is the priority then honeymoon afterwards. So exciting!
so glad to see you guys had a wonderful time. these pics are beautiful & so are you! seriously you’re gorgeous!
Looks like you all had a wonderful time. We were at the same resort in March 2010. I loved the nightly music by the pool and amazing sunsets.
One of my bridesmaids went there for her honeymoon!
Ahh- I can’t wait to go
I just saw this section in your wedding tab!
LOVING all of the pictures! Really cute close up of the two of you!
you are gorgeous!!!! love the chocolate night
Beautiful pictures! Did you ever write a review of the resort you stayed at? I’m getting married in August of 2011 (7 months away!) and in March 2012 we want to go to Sandles in Antigua (which is right near St. Lucia!)
If you have wrote a review can you send me the link?
Unfortunately, we never did get around to writing a review, but we both have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about our resort. We stayed at the Sandals Grande St. Lucian. If you ever have any other specific questions, feel free to email me!
Hi Courtney, I just found your blog and love it. Your honeymoon in St. Lucia looked amazing… loved all your pics. I can relate, when I went on my honeymoon I didn’t even have a blog, but yet I was clicking away on all those pics.
OK, so I have to ask, how do you have such gorgeous skin? Your skin is like perfectly glowy, bronzy, without it looking greasy, but it has that glow. What makeup do you use? You look amazing!!!

Hi!
Thank you so much for the kind complements! I keep my makeup fairly simple for my skin – Bare Escentuals mineral makeup, plus I just started wearing NARS bronzer in Laguna. I also use Laura Mercier powder blush, but that’s it for what I use on my face.
Hi Courtney, I’m going to St Lucia this Friday on my honeymoon, but we are staying at the other resort LA TOC. Did you do any of the excursions? Any tips?? Thanks!
Yes!!! We did a full day excursion through Simon Says tours. They aren’t through the resort so they told us not to trust them, but it was by far the best thing we did!! Have a blast
Hey Courtney…my fiance and I are going to be booking our honeymoon shortly to St. Lucia. We are looking at the Halcyon resort as it is the cheapest! Which resort would you say had the the most “nightlife” and FUN people! (haha) Also…do you remember how late the shuttle service would run from resort-to-resort? What excursions did you do? Thanks!!
Hey Rachel! Honestly, we didn’t partake in much “nightlife” – most of our days started early on the beach/poolside and ended around 11. Where we stayed (the grande) there was almost always something going on at night, whether it be dancers, a beach party, or something else. We hit up one of the clubs one night with another couple we made friends with at the grande but it was pretty dead. Excursion-wise, definitely look up Simon Says tours. We did 1 excursion while we were there with them and it was phenomenal. Volcanoes, snorkeling, lunch at his house(!), hot springs waterfall, tour of the island. It was the best!! Hope that helps! Have a blast!
