hey–I love your workouts. Was wondering how you handle changing the inclines(not for this particular exercise)/speeds so quickly while working out? What side of the minute do you choose to increase?

Well, my treadmill actually has one-touch number buttons which makes the transitions a LOT easier. Otherwise, if I’m at the gym, I’ll usually start to transition about 5 seconds before the time is due to change.
