when i begin the exercise on treadmill following level i am maintening… Starting- From 2 km speed 3mints. 2.5speed 3mints. 3kmspeed 2 mints. 3.5km speed 2mints .4.5km speed 2 mints. 5km speed 5mints. 5.5km speed 5 mints. 5.7km speed 2 mints. 6km speed 4 mints. 6.5km 4mints. 7km 2 mints. 7.5km speed continue rest time. 62 mints i will take for completing 7km. after that i am come down slowly within 6- 7 mints. i am 46 years old. my puls rate 150 increase when i am on treadmill. is it benefit for me ?
