Haha, I probably should start doing that again! I totally let that fall by the wayside…perhaps I’ll start up again June 1st!
Hey Courtney, Can I ask you maybe a silly PT question, I have been following this full body workout http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dumbbell-only-home-or-gym-fullbody-workout.html and doing around 30 minutes of elliptical but the thing is I break up my cardio between sets doing 2-3 minutes of elliptical and then doing my next set. Is this a bad idea is it going to lessen any results I may see? Cheers,Emilie

I would say as long as you’re working quickly between the transition from weights to cardio then that’s fine. Treat it as if the whole thing is a circuit workout!
