So last week, I shared a little bit about my first rendezvous with Jamberry Nails.
Granted, I only did a couple of practice accent nails, but I’m already intrigued enough by them to keep giving them a go. They’re basically just decal-type stickers that you trim to fit your nails; not to be confused with “press-on nails,” which I originally thought they were.
And from what I hear, it only gets easier to apply them every time you use them. It’s not that they’re difficult to apply — you basically just heat, peel, stick, trim, file — but I think the art of applying them without any extra bubbles is where I need my practice.
So I got talking a bit more with the lovely Lisa, who is the Jamberry Nails consultant that initially reached out and got me on board. She thought it might be fun to invite all of my fab readers to a “virtual Jamberry party,” and I couldn’t agree more. I think you guys will love ‘em (if you haven’t already tried them!). Just check out some of the deets:
My Virtual Jamberry Nails Par-tay!
If you’re interested in checking out the party, you can do so by clicking the link below:
Sweet Tooth, Sweet Life Jamberry Nails Party
- The wraps are $15 per sheet but that is enough for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures. They are always BUY 3 GET 1 FREE, so for $45 you get 8 manicures and 8 pedicures. The shipping is only $3.99!
- (So basically, that works out to $2.81 per manicure/pedicure PLUS there are always some nail wraps left because of the varying sizes, which can be used for accents like I did). Can’t beat that!
- The site also offers plenty of tips and videos on how to apply the nails (which I have consulted numerous times since my first application).
- There are over 300+ styles of solids, sparkles, and designs!
Bonus GIVEAWAY!
Lisa has also offered to give away one application kit and a full sheet of wraps to one lucky person who decides to place an order through my party!
(Retail value of the giveaway is $27.50!)
You’ll automatically be entered by placing an order (any order, no minimum!), no need to do anything else. We will pull a name through Random.org next weekend after the party “closes.”
So feel free to check out the party and see if there’s anything you think you’d like! Just be sure to select my name at checkout. It’s under “Sweet Tooth, Sweet Life”‘s Online Jamberry Event.
I’ll check in with you cool cats later.
FYI: I was not compensated for this post and these are not affiliate links, but party hostesses do earn credits for orders that are placed. Just like Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, and all that jazz.

I’ve heard a lot about Jamberry nails lately – I love that they’re non-toxic. I am a little worried about actually applying them well though, so it’s nice to hear that it’s not too bad.

I own about 50 different nail colors. I guess you could say it’s an obsession ;). I could always add something new to my collection!

Megan – Jamberry also has some great lacquers! :) It’s fun to add an accent nail to complement your polish.

My nails are a constant shade of clear, so having something easy to apply without all the hassle of chipping after a day sounds wonderful!

How long do they last on fingers?
Lisa - Jamberry Consultant says
Jennifer –
They last 1-2 weeks on fingers. In all honesty – I am pretty hard on my nails, and I get about a week out of them. A friend (also very hard on her nails) started putting a layer of clear gel polish over her designs and easily gets 2-3 weeks.
The StyleBox is SO great. For $25/month you get 2 wraps, a file, cuticle pusher, and style guide sent to your home. One wrap is exclusive—-for subscribers only. The other is a complementing item (could be another wrap or a lacquer!). The shipping is FREE too, which is a great bonus. Make sure you use Courtney’s link so that you can be part of the giveaway and please email me with any questions. – Lisa
