Treadmill workouts are some of my favorites, no matter what the temps may be. What about you guys?

Hello, summer! You are being welcomed with open arms over here, and I’ve been looking forward to you all year long.
Depending on where you live, I’m sure the heat may be climbing to some pretty high temps. And I don’t know about you guys, but hot weather and extremely muggy conditions (oh, the mugginess in New York!) usually leave me with little desire to take my workouts outdoors. Maybe I’m crazy, I don’t know.
Then again, I’m also one of the few who would prefer a run on the treadmill over a run outside. Yes, I’ve been told I’m in the minority numerous times and I’ve come to accept that. However, a morning stroller walk is always a great option, in my opinion!
So whether you’re just like me and prefer the treadmill, or you just need something for a rainy or crazy hot day, here are five of my absolute favorite treadmill routines.
Depending on how much time you have, feel free to repeat a workout or cut it down to suit your schedule. Or, your baby’s schedule, since we know that’s the one that most likely matters most these days (for me!).

I remember when you would post your workouts and include treadmill options. Intervals are my favorite to break up the time and get in a great sweat.

I’ve tried treadmills and I just cannot keep it up. There’s something about running outside, even in the heat, that just makes it amazing. Don’t you get bored while running/walking indoors?
Maybe I’m just spoiled by being in CA. :P

These are great! I love the flexibility of a treadmill with little ones, but it sometimes does get a little boring, so having ways to mix it up is super helpful!

Love these treadmill routines. I am in a similar boat. sometimes the heat just saps all motivation for outdoor workouts. These routines are fantastic options especially when time and weather play a role.
