You guys probably already know this by now, but I’m a total YouTube workout junkie.
And by junkie, I don’t mean that I’m working out 6 or 7 days a week. Noooo, no. Those days are long gone. Maybe not forever, but for now.
But no, by junkie, I mean…YouTube is where probably about 95% of my workouts come from. Occasionally, I’ll replay a Beachbody workout or try something I’ve saved from Pinterest, but the majority of my workouts are free videos from YouTube.
I’ve found that videos work best for me when I’m working out at home, in the basement. They keep me way more focused than having to continue to check my tiny phone or a printed out sheet of exercises, and seeing someone else to follow along with keeps me motivated.
Outfit is from Fabletics! You can see more details HERE!
I actually have a folder created in my Chrome browser with probably 40+ workout video links in it (I really need to organize it better…one of these days…), but today I wanted to share 6 of them that have continued to be a part of my weekly workouts.
Not only that, but all are 35 minutes or less – SCORE!
30-Minute Calorie-Torching Cardio Workout With Weights
The first time I did this workout, I was wiped. Maybe it was because it was after a long day, maybe I’m not in as good of shape as I’d like to think, OR maybe it’s just a good, tough workout. Either way…TRY IT.
ARMS AND ABS, UPPER BODY, HIIT CARDIO WORKOUT AT HOME
30-Minute Calorie-Burning, Tabata-Style HIIT Workout
30-Minute Met Con 5
This is definitely another favorite from Jessica Smith TV and I’m fairly certain I’ve probably shared it with you guys before. This one remains in my rotation and it’s just SUCH a good, full body workout.

I’m in the 30 minutes workout club, too. WIth two kids, I’ve had to change up my routines. But I actually like quick, effective workouts. Body by Simone dance on Popsugar is awesome! I also love Tone It Up.

I can’t wait to try these! Thanks for sharing.
I’ve been on the hunt for a high neck tank similar to the one you have on. Is it new? Do you remember where you picked it up?
Courtney says
Thanks, Lori! It’s from Fabletics! You can see details on the outfit here: https://cur.lt/2IHAWcS

Oh perfect! Thank you!

That last one I do on repeat as well and it’s a burner!
All of my workouts come from YouTube as well.. I’m a big fan of popilates!

I went through a hard core YouTube phase, too. Fitness Blender was my go-to channel for awesome workouts! They have 100s of free videos of all kinds of exercises, focus, and length. Check them out!
Courtney says
Thanks Kaelin! I see they have programs you can purchase, too, which sound cool. Have you ever tried those?

These are great! I pretty much exclusively use my treadmill at home and YouTube videos since moving to our house. We don’t have a gym that’s “in between” work and home – and working out at home is free! I second really liking Fitness Blender. I love how you can search by different facets to find a workout! Also – there is no music, so you can turn on your own music in the background, which I love!
Courtney says
Awesome! I really need to start incorporating the treadmill more – we have one but I NEVER use it!!
Jen says
I love fitnessblender.com. It’s free and I bet you’d really enjoy it too. Let me know if you check it out!!!
Courtney says
Thanks, Jen! It’s been a while since I’ve been on so I’ll have to check it out!

Do any of these videos require more equipment than hand weights? Love it! Thanks for sharing.
Courtney says
Nope!! I have a couple I like that use resistance bands, but all of these are just hand weights (my favorite!) :)

I looked up a workout video called Giada at home and did everything it told me! Bought a cheese grater, expensive cheeses, pasta, tomatoes and olive oil! I followed all the instructions to a D and i just keep gaining weight! My man told me it was a cooking show and rolled his eyes..so i threw a wheel of Gouda at him!

Thanks so much for sharing this list! I have two toddlers at home so youtube workouts are my jam :) I also follow Blogilates, Love Sweat Fitness and Tone it Up. But I’m always down to find something new!!
Courtney says
All awesome choices!! :)
Melissa @fitnessnycblog says
Super excited to try these! I tend to do a lot of workouts from instagram and tone it up! But working out at home is great–I expect I’ll be doing it even more when I have a kid in a few months.
Courtney says
WOO HOO!! Congrats on the baby on the way, Melissa!!

Oh man I”m so glad to see Shelly Dose in there, holy hanna when I do her youtube workouts I’m drenched in no time and man she is SO high energy!!!!
If every you want to try something else, FitnessBlender is amazing, much slower then Shelly’s workouts but free and there are over 500 videos from pilates, HITT, strength etc and the couple are amazing and really focus on form over higher weights!
I’ve had to trade in my time at the gym for basement workouts too so I’m always happy to see new suggestions coming my way!
Thanks for sharing!

I’m a home workout junkie too… I use both fitnessblender.com, and more frequently HASfit.com! I also started the beachbody 80 day obsession program, which I really like too. :)
