1. I restocked my snack drawer a bit at work this week and things are looking muuuuch better.
Can never have too much peanut butter! ;-)
2. I’ve got plans to meet up with some of my girlfriends for brunch on Saturday and I’m super pumped about it. One, because it’s been forever since we’ve gotten together, and two, because I absolutely adore brunch.
3. We had a few members of our team from the UK in our office this week, and they brought over some chocolate to share. We love them for that.
And this stuff is good. Like, SO good.
4. Have you guys seen/heard of the guy who does impressions of Robin Williams? It’s sort of scary just how good he is, but equally creepy that he actually sort of looks like a complete mix of Robin Williams and Patrick Swayze.
You’ve definitely gotta watch at least some of it!
5. I broke out another Stitch Fix item yesterday for the first time since getting it. Honestly, I had actually completely forgotten about the denim jacket I got in my December(!?!) fix until I was trying to come up with something to wear over my short sleeves with yesterday’s outfit.
A maxi skirt + denim jacket will ALWAYS be a win in my book (this maxi is from Target!). And once it’s a bit warmer, I’ll trade in flats for sandals. Ahhh…have I mentioned how much I love that the weather is getting warmer? ;-)
6. Thanks to my husband who is forever reading The Chive, I was recently made aware of this insanely delicious looking post for 30 waffle-based concoctions. Some of the items on there are complete genius. I need to try, like, all of them…especially waffle cornbread. Oh myyyyy.
7. I feel like this weekend definitely needs to include some cookie or cookie bar baking. I’ve been getting some serious cravings for cookies this week, and we’ve had NONE in the house…the horror! Right now, I’m thinking either Butterscotch Blondies with Chocolate Glaze (it’s been SO long since I’ve had them!), Chocolate Butterscotch Cheesecake Cookies (old school post!), or these Soft Batch Funfetti Sugar Cookies I have pinned. I mean, it’s not like I don’t have enough sprinkles to make ‘em, right?
8. I’m cutting Fun Facts a bit short today because a) I’m wiped, b) I need to go find some dessert, and c) I have an episode of Nashville to go catch up on right now.
I hope you all have a fabulous Friday and wonderful weekend ahead, whatever you may be doing!

I love Cadbury chocolate! I used to eat it when I lived in Australia but it is hard to find in the US. Have a great weekend!

Cadbury is so good! But I am loving your picture of nut butters taking first billing today, haha! I just finished my jar and realized I don’t have a back up…the horror is right!

Just saw that Robin Williams impersonation yesterday and I agree, he is amazing! It was almost a little eerie how much he sounded like him!

i’m starting to sleep train tonight – yikes – pray for me! lol

Can I just say that I love that you have an entire drawer devoted to snacks? I don’t have an office since I’m in college but if I did, you could bet I would, too! I bet it saves lots of time not having to pack up little individual containers of PB and things like that :)

I love brunch too!! Have so much fun. Mmm cookies, I may need to add that to my weekend to do list as well!!

Stitch Fix outfits always look so put together. My fashion sense has really gone down hill since I graduated college, and I hate it. I need to clean out my closet (like REALLY clean it out), and start buying 1-2 new pieces every month to rebuild my wardrobe into an adult wardrobe. That outfit is really cute. :-)

My co-worker recently told me about “Thanksgiving Waffles” where you take leftover stuffing, and put it in the waffle maker. Once they are waffle-ized, you top them with mashed potatoes and gravy. I’ve been in a constant state of craving since then…
I love a good denim jacket/maxi combo. So cute!

I love pairing a jean jacket with maxi dresses! So cute. I need to watch that video – you nailed the mash up of Robin Williams and Patrick Swayze perfectly! Enjoy brunch and happy weekend!

Denim jackets are such a great piece for the “in between” spring months. Before it got hot here in AZ (it’s basically summer here now ;)), I was wearing mine all the time over sleeveless sundresses, with tanks + white jeans or black jeans or shorts or skirts … the sky is the limit! Yours is cute with the maxi skirt! (I have that maxi skirt … SO comfy!)
P.S. Cutting a blog post short to get dessert is totally acceptable and justified. Love how you think. :)

Ugghhh, I miss Cadbury chocolates so much! I went to the factory when I lived in England as a kid. :)
And Love Bloggers unite — our snack drawers look a lot alike. ;)

Denim jackets are so perfect for summer. I took mine home to FL when I went on a cruise last month, and it has since disappeared?! Very bummed about that. Love your maxi!

I tend to believe a denim jacket can go with just about anything! And yay for brunch! I don’t do it that often, but love a good mimosa and colorful meal served up without my own cooking effort heeh! Have a great weekend!

Oh man you are so right. He does look like a mix of Robin Williams and Patrick Swayze, holy moly. LOL at the Mrs. Doubtfire part – nailed it. I love his facial expressions, just like Robin’s was.
