Today has been one of those days. If it hasn’t been one thing, it’s been another and right now I’m feeling just a tid bit spastic. Overwhelmed would be probably be another good way to put it.
I know you’ve all been in my shoes before, and since I’ve been here before myself, I’m doing the best thing possible and taking the evening off. From everything. Instead, I’m heading out with Jay, I’m meeting up with some friends, I’m going to play some trivia, and I’ll probably have a glass or three of wine.
Most importantly, I’m just going to try to relax. Sit back, take it all in. Try to be in the moment and remember to stop taking life so darn seriously.
In the meantime, though, I’ve gone ahead and pulled out an old favorite from the recipe archives to share with you all this evening, and if you’ve been reading since last summer, then you probably remember this little treat.
Here’s a little clip from the original post…

Now…let me tell you about this fruit dip.
It’s amazing.
It’s incredible.
It’s highly addicting.
It can be paired with just about anything.
It can even be eaten straight off the spoon and I will never judge you for it.
Not only is it a great recipe to bring to your next party…but it’s also not too shabby to have in your fridge. AND it’s healthified…just sayin’.
So the first thing you’re going to do is mix together your cream cheese and brown sugar.
Next, you mix in the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract.
Finally, you add in the milk and vanilla pudding mix, and blend it all together until it’s nice and creamy.
Let it sit for about two hours in the fridge (if you can) before digging in…then enjoy with whatever snacks you’re got on hand.
I’ve found that even though it’s a “fruit dip,” it’s really just as good when paired with sweet AND salty (hence my pretzel dipping in last night’s card game).

I can promise you, however, that I have a few other fantastic giveaways headed your way in the next couple of weeks, including one in the next day or two that I *know* you’re all totally going to love. Again, so sorry for the confusion.
