I had a lot of fun going through all of the screenshots on my phone and sharing them the last time I wrote a post like this, and you guys seemed to feel the same. So since I’ve been doing a horrible job of taking photos of really anything the past couple of days, I thought it’d be a good day to have some fun. Besides, I think posts like this are always interesting because I think it kinda gives you a little more insight into the person, right?
Amen, sista.
There are seriously some days where I just can’t with social media. It’s so easy to get caught up in it all and, sure, there’s no problem in wanting the best for yourself. But like that reads, your best self is NOT necessarily your skinniest self.
Pretty sure I shared this one in a Friday post before(?) but I still love it because it’s so, SO true.
I just love following qbhome on Instagram. They have some amazingly beautiful pieces of art work, and one of these days, I’m going to figure out the perfect phrase/saying to have hanging on my walls from them!
There are moments where this phrase really does help put things into perspective…
But then sometimes, there are moments where I’m still just freakin’ angry. Ya know?
Ok, so I follow catherinegiudici on Instagram because she’s super stinkin’ cute. But it also doesn’t hurt that she’s with cutie pie Sean from The Bachelor, who I still adore. The two of them are just too freakin cute. But seriously…these quesadillas she posted recently???
I seriously need to try them, like, ASAP.
Umm yes, I’d like to throw this on just about every single day at one point or another.
If only it were that easy.
Ohhh, Shaun T, you badass, you.
Definitely loved the look of this super simple circuit workout though so I’ve got my screenshot saved!
These were a couple of random screenshots I sent to my mom when she was asking me what we should do for a color scheme for our family photos.
Our plan was to go the “red, black, gray” color scheme, but clearly, most of us were on board with the black. #shouldhavecalledfirst
Freakin’ shanty2chic. I want them to come into my home and put their projects into each and every single room in my home. I love the look of their projects (we’ve done two of them in the past!), and they always make it look so darn easy.
This made me chuckle out loud, and I meant to send it to Jay shortly after the night we had our friends Joe and Kate over. Neither of us were feeling great, but he was seriously down for the count the next day.
OMG YES. All. the. time.
I actually just screenshotted this yesterday (the busytoddler Instagram page is great!) to remind myself to try and play this fun little game with Lucas. Anytime he gets a flashlight in his hand, he thinks he’s getting away with something and gets super excited, so I figured he’d love it.
Haven’t tried it yet though…maybe tonight.
And just for fun, here are a few random, older photos that I found while going through my phone which I don’t think ever got any blog facetime!
A couple of random outfit photos…likely because I thought maybe I’d do another OOTD post (which, obviously, never happened).
Here’s a photo that Lucas’s sitter posted one day a few weeks back, and this was just before he started actually smiling for pictures for us. I saved it thinking, wow, maybe this will be the only picture I have him smiling!
Kidding, of course. But it was too cute of a photo not to share.
This was a picture of a bedding set I was looking at for Lucas to show Jay. I don’t think I ever showed it to him because nothing about it really got me excited.
Besides, I have NO desire to take him out of his crib until absolutely necessary (i.e., until he’s climbing out).
Here’s my smiley guy, always happy when he gets his Cheerios to snack on in the car on the way to daycare.
And this picture is actually from yesterday. Jay and I were chatting online and he asked me how Cody was doing…I told him I hadn’t seen him most of the day because I’d been busy working at the computer. Not 2 minutes later…
I think he has kitty ESP.
How about you guys? What have you been taking screenshots of lately??
