I had been on the lookout for a new, cozy, 1/4 zip fleece for a few weeks. I checked out all of my usual spots but nothing was really fitting the bill. Then I kept thinking about all of the adorably staged photos I see floating around on Pinterest with these girls in their super cute, cozy fleeces. I know some of you guys know what I’m talking about…the perfect hair, pretty smiles, coffee cups in hand. But my goodness, they always make those fleeces look SO droolworthy.
So I browsed on Pinterest again, and one of them eventually led me to a fleece pullover on Amazon. And from there, it was like a black hole of seller after seller selling so many similar looking fleeces. Some had horrible reviews, some had better reviews. So I read through a ton of them and eventually purchased two.
And I am thrilled to say that both of them are 100% winners and I am absolutely OBSESSED with them both. Here’s a look…
Fleece Pullover Hoodie 1/4 Zip Patchwork Sherpa Sweatshirt
-I ordered in Light Grey, size LARGE
If I’m wearing a cozy fleece, then I want it a little oversized with sleeves that are extra long. After reading a ton of reviews, it seemed that it would be best to size up a size in order to get that fit I was looking for. Typically for sweatshirts/fleeces I’m a medium, so I ordered a large and it’s perfect. It’s ridiculously comfortable and has a really cute hoodie to boot. The only thing missing from this one is a front pocket, but I decided I’m totally okay with it because everything else about it is so dreamy.
Vansha Faux Shearling 1/4 Zip Pullover
-I ordered in Grey, size MEDIUM
This fleece actually had everything that I was initially looking for…super cozy, 1/4 zip with no hood, and front pockets. Most of the reviews seemed to indicate that this fleece would be fairly true-to-size, and I’ve found that to be true. The sleeves on this fleece aren’t quite as long as the other fleece, but as you can see, they certainly aren’t too short.
So yeah, don’t be surprised if you see me living in one of these two fleeces for the remainder of winter and early spring! That is, unless, I’m sporting this new chambray shirt that I recently got from my latest Stitch Fix delivery. FYI, if you’re looking to request it from Stitch Fix, it’s the Floid Chambray Top by TINSEL. I’m wearing in size SMALL.
I can totally see pairing this with white jeans in the spring or a pair of cute, patterned shorts for the summer. I also love the look of it layered with an open cardigan.
Have you had any good fashion finds lately? Share the deets!!

As I said in your blog survey, this is one of the many reasons you are my favorite blogger! You always post great fashion ideas that are affordable! I had a couple of Amazon gift cards and just ordered both fleece pullovers. Can’t wait to get them!

SO so cute! I love Amazon! Honestly I order so many clothes from there. Most recently sports bras. Free returns- can’t beat it. The fleeces look amazing. The only thing stopping me is my son loves cuddling up and gets so mad with zippers on me. So silly but I understand they hurt his little face. Might need to find them in hoodies :) Have a great day!

I’ve been following several affordable fashion bloggers on Instagram for a while now, and I love that they consistently share affordable finds with their followers. It’s been really cool to see what they share for the various seasons, the items they really love and the ones they’d rather pass on, and how it looks/feels on them. I will say it can be dangerous at time though … sometimes they share something I just can’t resist and have to order even though I said I was all done buying things lol. Some bloggers I would suggest include: Leanne Benjamin (@leannebenjamin), Christine Covino (@christinecovino), and Merrick White (@merricksart). Of course I also love Erin Schrader as well (@livinginyellow) – she is the queen of affordable fashion!

I hate to be *that* person, but can you please share where you got your boots in that last chambray pic? Adore your style, always,

Thank you!! They were from a company called ShoeMint back in the day, but it doesn’t look like they’re around anymore. I’m bummed because I also love these boots, but they’re definitely getting beat up, haha!
