Happy Sunday! Happy Super bowl day! I have a feeling many of us are going to be enjoying some good food today (whether we’re watching the game or not). And I’m sure many of us will probably then feel like we’re ready to get back to regular eating come Monday morning. Soooo, here’s a look at what our meal plan looked like last week in case you need some ideas.
We actually went pretty off from our original game plan above, but that’s typical over here.
Sunday: Tilapia with Garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, butter noodles, + side salads
Tuesday: Banana Leaf Steamed Cod with Spiced Rice, Yu Choy, and Coconut
We sound so fancy, right?? Don’t be fooled…we ordered ourselves a week of Blue Apron meals last week, and this was one of them (recipe is HERE). This one was actually the first meal of theirs we were not fans of, so we ended up passing on most of it and snacked a ton. Whoops.
Wednesday: Chicken Charlemagne with Roasted Root Vegetables & Parsnip-Potato Mash

Friday: As promised, there was Prosecco…
And birthday cake.
