I actually almost forgot to post this today, so it’s coming at you a little later than usual. But hey…better late than never, right?
As always, here’s a look at our dinners from last week.
Sunday: Triple Pork Mazemen with Roasted Garlic & Pea Tips
This dish was SO good, and unlike anything we’d ever make. I’ve never been a fan of those little ramen noodle cups that you can buy for like, wicked cheap or something like that (right? Isn’t that why college kids love ‘em or something??) but this dish was fabulous!!
Monday: Healthy Taco Salads with Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing
Always a favorite in this house.
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken with jasmine rice and sugar snap peas
Wednesday: Crispy Brown Butter Gnocchi with Meyer Lemon & Brussels Sprouts
We actually had this meal in a Blue Apron delivery last year; we loved it then, and we still love it now!
Thursday: Leftovers (Sunday’s dish for me – it made enough for 3 servings)
Friday: Takeout with our friends Joe and Kate! We ordered from a local pizza place and I ended up getting a Chicken Sorrento sub. SO good!
Saturday: Pizza with my parents
