It’s meal plan dayyyyyy!
This week ended up including all sorts of “winging” it, since I had thought we were getting a Blue Apron delivery, but had it confused with next week. So we made do with what we had and it all turned out alright.
Sunday: Grilled roast beef paninis with sautéed peppers and onions, Swiss cheese, and homemade Russian dressing + homemade sweet potato fries
These things were SO insanely good. And huge. And I could have eaten about 5 more of them during the week if we had more ingredients to make them again!
Monday: Leftovers of some sort (I can’t remember?!)
Tuesday: Pizza (no pics, whoops!)
Wednesday: Grilled chicken salads with some naan bread on the side (from Trader Joe’s)
Thursday: I have no photographic evidence or memory of my dinner on Thursday. What is pregnancy brain doooooing to me?! Need some more ideas? Check out the Recipe Index, or here are a few yummy faves:

Saturday: Grilled kielbasa with some sort of amazing homemade pineapple BBQ sauce that Jay made, along with jasmine rice and green beans
Jay took are of that whole meal and it was totally delicious!
