Weekly Meal Plan {8/2}

By Courtney 8 Comments

Oh, hey guys! I almost forgot about putting together this post , so I’m comin’ atcha a little later today while sipping my coffee. I’ve already got in my 55 minute Pump workout (I save that one for weekends when I have more time), and it looks like my dad is just pulling in the driveway, which likely means he’s got something yummy from the grocery store for breakfast. So I’m gonna go ahead and check that out, but for now, here’s a look at what we ate this past week.

And the  best part? I barely cooked any of it. I’m going to miss the meals like, a LOT when we leave!

Sunday: Party food from Lucas’s birthday!

Monday: Leftover party food – Pulled BBQ Chicken sandwiches, mac salad, and side salads

Tuesday: Out to dinner at Bonefish Grill. SO good!

Wednesday: Cheeseburger Casserole by Skinnytaste

Thursday: Slow Cooker Pot Roast w/ gravy, potatoes, and carrots, green beans, and dinner rolls

Friday: (after already having a couple of beers) we had some Spinach & Artichoke Dip + a frozen pizza. And it all tasted delicious.

Saturday: Grilled chicken with potato salad, pasta salad, and corn on the cob

Alright you guys, I’m outta here fort today! I’ll be back tomorrow with an update on the house and the weekend. Make it a great one!

    The meal at Bonefish Grill looks seriously awesome :) Long weekend here in Ireland but busy week ahead so I've been doing some snack prepping...endurance chia seed crackers, cauliflower hummus, tuna kale Caesar salad and hard boiled eggs!
