- 1 LaTortilla Factory Low Carb Whole Wheat Wrap
- 1/2 diced tomato
- 1/3 cup black beans
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/3 cup egg substitute OR 1-2 eggs
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- Salsa
To make, saute the tomatoes, black beans, and spinach just until the spinach is wilted. Then add in the eggs/egg substitute and scramble until cooked through, and place it in the wrap. Top with cheese and salsa, roll up, and enjoy!
