Ingredients
  

  • 1 LaTortilla Factory Low Carb Whole Wheat Wrap
  • 1/2 diced tomato
  • 1/3 cup black beans
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/3 cup egg substitute OR 1-2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese
  • Salsa

Instructions
 

  • To make, saute the tomatoes, black beans, and spinach just until the spinach is wilted. Then add in the eggs/egg substitute and scramble until cooked through, and place it in the wrap. Top with cheese and salsa, roll up, and enjoy!
