First, make the chocolate coating. Pour heavy cream into small saucepan. Once it begins to scald, add chocolate chips and corn syrup and stir. Cover the pot, remove from heat, and allow to sit for about 15 minutes.
While the chocolate is melting, make the peanut butter filing by combining all of the ingredients (by hand or with a mixer). Sandwich about 1 tsp of filling between two pretzels and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Once all pretzels are filled, stir the chocolate to make sure everything is combined. Dip half of each filled peanut butter pretzel sandwich into chocolate and place on wax paper. Put sandwiches in refrigerator about 1-2 hours or until chocolate is hardened and cooled. ENJOY!
Notes
**To make the chocolate coating, you could also just simply melt chocolate chips in the microwave to make things easier. This chocolate recipe, however, is very rich and super delicious!
