all purpose flour

nonfat
plain Greek yogurt
1
egg
beaten (optional)
Optional toppings: sesame seeds
salt, everything seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix/knead together until your dough forms. *If sticky, add a little more flour.
Roll into 4 equal logs then shape into circles on a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat).
Bake for 25 minutes.
Turn oven up to 500 degrees F. Bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until slightly golden. Done!
