2 Ingredient Bagels

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg beaten (optional)
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds salt, everything seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Mix/knead together until your dough forms. *If sticky, add a little more flour.
  • Roll into 4 equal logs then shape into circles on a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat).
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Turn oven up to 500 degrees F. Bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until slightly golden. Done!
