Pumpkin Oats

Happy Thursday everyone! :)

Quick post this morning so I’m not too late for work!  Today’s oats were SOOO delicious!!! 😀

-1/3 cup oats

-1/3 cup light vanilla soy milk

-1/3 cup pumpkin

-1 small mashed banana

-2 tbsp raisins

-cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice

-about 3 tbsp granola

Along with a hot cuppa joe for the ride into work!

Last night after making dinner, I thought ahead of time and made a yummy lunch for today too.

I can’t wait to dig into this salad today!  In the mix is romaine, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, cukes, red pepper, craisins, and some leftover turkey.  Along with my salad I have a yogurt and an orange too.

Ohh boy, gotta scoot!  Have a great day! :)

    Hello Ms. Courtney-

So these “oats” you keep talking about, is it just regular Quaker outs from the canister or something different?

This blog is such a cute idea, I loved finding it today!

Hey Gabby! I’m sorry, I totally should have mentioned that before…they’re quaker old fashioned oats (out of the canister). When I have the time, I cook them using the stovetop method, which I think makes them SO much creamier! But if I’m in a rush, the microwave method still works just as well!
So glad to have you reading! Spread the word! :)
