Welcome to Sweet Tooth, Sweet Life!
About the Blogger
I’m a full time working mom who’s passionate about having fun and staying healthy, while also enjoying the balance of indulgence. I love food, and if I had the time, I’d be baking up sweet treats in my kitchen every single day!
I’m a former NASM personal trainer, and while I no longer practice training, I still have a huge passion for health and fitness and enjoy sharing my fitness adventures and favorite workouts here on the blog.

About Sweet Tooth, Sweet Life
I began writing Sweet Tooth, Sweet Life in April 2010, as a way of documenting my daily eating and fitness routines, to show that a healthy, balanced lifestyle is attainable for anyone. At the time, I had a very misconstrued view of what “healthy” really was, and slowly began to realize that I really wasn’t treating my body well.
In 2013, I was diagnosed with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea, which really caused me to take a deep look at my overall health and well-being. After putting on about 15 pounds, I eventually conceived our first son, Lucas.
I will forever call that diagnosis a blessing in disguise (ß one of my favorite posts), because since then, I’d like to think that I’ve become a much more healthy, laid-back, and well-balanced individual. Healthy food and fitness are a part of life now, rather than consuming my life. And they’re balanced out with plenty of dessert and wine.
I appreciate you stopping by and hope to continue to see you around!
