Merry Christmas Everyone!
So far, I must say that Santa has been very good to both Jay and I…starting last night on Christmas Eve. After a delicious dinner at Jay’s Aunt’s house,
we headed on over to my parents’ house to exchange a couple “early” gifts. Somebody looks a little excited, don’t they??
And check out this baby…the “Big Bobber” Floating Cooler! It will be PERFECT for this summer out in the pool.
This morning, Jay and I woke up bright and early to get a start on the day’s festivities. This was actually the first year for both of us that we spent Christmas morning together and not at our parents’ houses, so it was extra special.
We enjoyed some nice warm coffee and my mother-in-law’s homemade pumpkin bread while opening up some gifts.
Jay and I were only exchanging a few small gifts this year, since we’re pretty much considering our soon-to-be new kitchen as our Christmas present to each other. But he did such a good job of finding things he knew I would LOVE:
We also had a few presents here from my in-laws to open this morning. All I can say is…
GOODNESS!! Ahhhhhh! My very own BREAD MAKER!!!
Thank You, Thank You, THANK YOU!
I’d say we did a pretty good amount of damage this morning.
And now it’s time to go get ready to head out for the day.
I hope Santa is good to all of you today! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
