It’s been a nice little Snow Day around here today! I did a few things around the house, snacked on some more Banana Raisin Pumpkin Bread, enjoyed a lovely salad topped with the last of my Italian-Style Quinoa from last week,
and made some dinnahhh!
I made another batch of Cheesy Tuna-Vegetable Chowder tonight, since we not only loved it the last time, BUT because I also had a little something brewin’ in the bread machine to go along with it…
BEER BREAD! And guess what…I even got it to rise a little bit this time!
I ate two slices with dinner, topped with a little butter, and it was perfect. Also perfect for some dunkage!
A quick, yummy dinner indeed!
So now, what many of you have been waiting for…….

That veggie chowder looks awesome! If I had a surprise day off I would spend it with my boyfriend doing something outdoorsy, like hiking or hanging out at the beach! :)

That looks so yum!!
If I was given a surprise day off, I would spend it with my other half fishing the day away :D So relaxing. Then a nice shower and then cuddles in bed watching a funny movie. Always a perfect ending to a day :)
Tara @ The Game of Life says
Thanks for the coupon… wish I would of won though :( I would spend my day relaxing, watching tv, cooking, and if it was a nice day outside then I would be outside! :)

Beer bread is amazing! My mom used to make it with all of her homemade soups and I would eat almost half a loaf, haha. Your chowder looks yummy!
