What we eat is what we are. This days when everything seems to be made so fast, in order to keep healthy we need to eat things that are nutritious, and this dinners catalogs of; Chicken & Poultry Recipes, Beef & Pork Recipes, Seafood Recipes, Meatless Recipes, Pizza Recipes, Pasta Recipes, Crockpot Recipes, Soup/Stew/Chili Recipes; are what I call brilliant, delicious and great in order to keep up with a healthy diet. Great article I can’t wait to prepare one of these dishes

Ideally we should be eating freshy produce of fruit,veg,meats and fish in good oils
Unfortunately with working families being away from home so much,youngsters are loading up with convenience foods and sweets
We should sit down and plan our diets more rigorously,wwith a few of your recipes
Maybe then we can finally move obescity to the past
