Hi! What program did you use to make an exercise chart like this? I always try to make one on exxcel but it doesn’t come out this pretty!

I actually do all of my workouts in Excel!
oh ok! So i must just be doing it wrong…do you just copy and paste it in after? Sorry, me and exxel don’t get a long too well! Ha

After I make it, I put it into “print preview” mode, then do a print screen and crop it in Paint.
