This morning, I spent a good twenty minutes laying in bed before actually getting up. This never happens. I’ll tell ya…a girl can really get used to this vacation stuff!
Workout
Eventually, I got myself moving and headed down to the treadmill for a workout. I’ve been experiencing some knee pain the past few times I’ve gone running, so I decided to take it easy today by doing my favorite 45 minute treadmill walk. I upped some of the original speeds just to keep things exciting. ;)
Breakfast
I figured it might get a little boring showing you guys the same breakfast three days in a row, so I made a couple small tweaks to today’s morning meal to create a monster yogurt bowl!
- A plain Chobani Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 sliced banana
- Quaker Oatmeal Squares
- Granola
- 1/2 slice crumbled pumpkin bread
- Cinnamon + Pumpkin Pie spice
So tasty!! :-P
I kept my coffee the same today, with another mug of French Vanilla Hot Cocoa Coffee. I got 3 days worth of that hot cocoa packet…not too shabby!
So I’ve been having quite a good time playing around with some of my old media files this morning. While searching through everything, I happened to come across an old video that Jay and I took of Cody almost a year ago. It’s quite amusing, (and he looks so little!) so I thought I’d share it all with you!
I promise, no kitties were harmed in the making of this video. ;)
Hopefully, it made you smile! :)
