Thanks! I use Urban Decay, Smog & Sin layered on top of each other. Definitely favorites of mine!

In June I got certified as a Health Fitness Specialist through ACSM and cannot wait to utilize my knowledge.

Did you do NASM or ACSM? Do you know the difference? I am really interested in doing this as well but am so confused on who to sign up with!
I did NASM. I don’t know a whole lot about ACSM, but I know that most of the gyms around me prefer NASM so that’s what I chose to go with.

Congrats! Thanks for sharing about Raynaud’s. My fingers and toes have been doing that and going numb. I’ve been starting to freak out a little about it because it happens almost every day. I did a little research on it and feel a little better about it now. Will also go to the dr when I return from vacation.

I know, right?!? Haha, I was already thinking about this when I first posted about January being a big month.
And I will definitely have to see if I can get some video of the Code-ster when he’s in action.

Congrats on the new job! You’ll be awesome! I used to have the exact same thing with my fingers and toes….poor circulation, always cold! (i used to call it “cadaver fingers” lol) My jerk doctor told me “it’s raynauds, 25% of women get it, move somewhere warm.” Well, I also discovered I am sensitive to gluten and ever since going gluten free I have never had my fingers turn white since!!! Along with no more headaches, fatigue, GI issues and tons of other symptoms it erased. I can actually touch ice cubes now without feeling like my fingers are gonna fall off! Best of luck with the new Jay-Oh-Bee!
