Jay and I both have some fun new gifts for ourselves under the Christmas tree this year.
And it’s thanks to BucketFeet! I had never heard of BucketFeet before recently having the chance to work with them, but after seeing just how cool they are and what unique concepts they have, I had to make sure to spread the word and share them with all of you.
So what is BucketFeet?
They’re an artist-designed footwear brand that is really changing the way people interact with art. They strive to connect people through art, by creating walking conversation-starters, and giving artists a platform to stand on. You can read more about them here!
BucketFeet collaborates with artists from around the world to create products that truly stand out and tell a story. Currently, this includes an Artist Network of of over 10,000+ artists in more than 35 countries, with painters, graffiti artists, writers, illustrators, tattooists and many more.
BucketFeet offers shoes for Women, Men, and even Kids, too (unfortunately, too big for Lucas right now!), and they have such a fun, funky, unique variety to choose from!
(Clockwise, from top left): Emerald City / Encres / Dots / Jason Atienza / Delta Mid Top / Fleur / Arctic Lace Up / Cosmos
I was given the opportunity to choose a pair of shoes from BucketFeet, and I actually had a really hard time deciding. There were so many cute ones! Naturally, I’m drawn to pretty classic, low-key things, but I decided to go with something a bit more unique and got the Encres shoes.
I already have so many pieces of clothing (especially workout clothes) that will match perfectly with these babies!
When I first opened the box, I was immediately impressed with the look of them and the way the design was exactly how it appeared online. But after trying them on, I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of them, too.
The canvas material is really sturdy, good quality, and the molded insoles even offer “massage bubbles.” Or as Jay said, “Babe, they even have those bumpy things on the bottom!”
Yes. Yes, they do, my dear. And speaking of my dear hubby, he also got the chance to try out a pair.
He decided to go with something a bit more mellow and chose the Baleine, and I was super jealous that he got a cool canvas bag with his.
Both of us totally love our shoes and I have no doubt that once the weather is a bit nicer around here, we’ll be wearing them all. the. time. And because they have many of the same patterns available for women, men, and kids, it is not out of the question for us to wind up with matching shoes sometime soon…
I mean, how cute would it be to have matching family shoes? Is that too much? I don’t know…I think it could make for a super fun gift idea! A pair (or set!) of shoes from BucketFeet would definitely make for a perfect gift…they’re affordable, versatile, creative, and fun! Plus, BucketFeet even has their own Holiday Gift Guide to check out.
