You guys have probably already caught on to this, but I’ve totally been diggin’ the one pot meals lately. They’re super easy, they come together quickly, they require much less cleanup after dinner (which will always be an A+ in my book), and they usually make a ton which means one thing…leftovers!
I’ve been working on putting together a list of some of our favorites, along with some others we’re hoping to try soon, and since many of you seemed excited about one pot meals too, I’m happy to share them with you all today!

I just used my crockpot last night for dinner, which is my favorite one-pot pan=) These all look fantastic, I especially love that one-pot meals tend to have left overs which means two meals in one. Thanks so much for sharing all these, can’t wait to try them!

Thank you so much!! I’m pregnant with my first and I am totally exhausted after work. The last thing I want to do is create an elaborate meal with tons of dishes (my hubby does the dishes, he does not want a sink full of dishes every weeknight!). We were ordering out a lot which made us feel sluggish, so we’ve been trying to do more meals at home :) This is so, so helpful Courtney!!!!

One pot meals are essential when I get home from work or school and don’t feel like making anything elaborate or have a bunch of dishes to do afterwards. The chilli mac and cheese looks especially tasty.

Thank you so much for posting these! We’ve been so busy lately and we found that one place we seem to spend too much time is doing dishes (even though we have a dishwasher, we prefer to hand-wash some items). This is spectacular!
