Happy Sunday to you! Who’s hungry?!
As always, here’s a look at this past week’s meal plan (be sure to check out the Meal Planning page for more weekly meal plan inspiration!). I really only planned for three meals this week and we wound up winging it or eating leftovers for the rest. But overall, it worked out alright for us!
Sunday: Greek Baked Ziti
Monday: Homemade Chili + Cornbread
Tuesday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Chicken nuggets + baked sweet potatoes + butter noodles
We can’t eat the rainbow every night, now can we?
Thursday: A variation of this Turkey Jambalaya recipe.
It was good, but nothing that knocked our socks off. I had just been looking for a recipe to try with some turkey sausage I bought a while back and had taken out of the freezer to use. I’m sure if I added a little more seasoning (I just winged it) it probably would have been better!
Friday: Takeout pizza! Chicken, Tomato, Bacon, Ranch to be exact.
And if that flavor combo is your jam like it is mine, then I’d highly recommend checking out this recipe for Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Mac & Cheese. It’s SO GOOD.
Saturday: Out for date night! Details to come tomorrow, I’m sure.
Need some other Dinner inspiration for the week??
Chicken & Mozzarella Panini Sandwiches with Lightened Up Pesto
Tomato ‘n’ Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese
How about you guys? What’s on the menu for this week??

This is the recipe I use for turkey jambalaya. I am lazy though and use rotel instead of a tomato and green pepper :) It’s so good though!
