Looking for a treadmill walking workout that will help beat the boredom and keep your workout quick and fun? Look no further – this routine is for you!
*************
So when’s the last time I shared a workout with all of you?! It’s been, umm, forever and a hot second, right?!?
Well truth be told, this is not a new workout. In fact, this is actually an old treadmill walking workout that I first referenced in this old post, and was original embedded into this other older post (for a DELICIOUS breakfast, I might add!).
But lately, as you guys know, I’ve been working hard to go through many of my older posts and optimize them to where nothing is getting missed and they’re all in their proper place. That’s when I came across this old post for a really, truly awesome treadmill workout that I don’t think ever really got its time to shine. I hadn’t even tagged it properly and it wasn’t even listed on my old workouts page!
Since it’s definitely just walking for me these days at 28 weeks pregnant, that’s what we’ve got here…but don’t let the walking fool you!
The thirty minutes literally flies by with this routine because there’s so much going on. I think the toughest parts are the butt kicks and the side shuffle walks. Just be careful and hold on to that railing. Whew!
And hey, guess what? I’ve got another new update on the ol’ blog for ya today. The workouts page has gotten a brand new refresh(!!!) And equally exciting is that I actually figured out how to create this page all on my own…who knew?!
Now you should be able to navigate through some of my various workouts a little easier, and I’ve still got them broken down by category. Since it’s still a little bit of a work in progress, I’m keeping the old page available for now, but either way, there are a TON of old but great workouts in those archives so be sure to check ’em out!
I’m hoping we’ll get our treadmill back up and running in the basement soon, because I’ve actually come across quite a few treadmill workouts that I need to try again (the walking ones, especially).
Give it a try and let me know what you think. And if you love it, be sure to share it, too!
Question for Today:
What workouts have YOU been loving lately?
